Whether we work together in person (Ottawa area only), by phone/Skype (from anywhere in the world), or by email, here’s what you can expect from our one-on-one relationship.
First, you’ll receive a questionnaire from me asking you to really sit back and explore some questions about your values, your dreams, and what is important to you. Once you’ve done that, we’ll set up our initial session, planning for 45 minutes to lay the foundation for how we will work together. You’ll have a chance to ask questions and learn more about me, and I’ll have the chance to ask questions and learn more about you. We get to the heart of what you want in your personal development, and get some understanding of what the steps will be along the way.
From there on, we’ll schedule regular sessions (again, these can be in person, by phone/Skype, or email) so that your personal development course gets underway. Luckily for you, the curriculum is your life. That means that you bring real events and challenges and successes from your life to our sessions. It means that you leave each of our sessions with homework assignments to take out into your world.
Doing the Work
You’ll be invited to explore unconscious habits. You’ll be assigned to learn to say ‘yes’ if you always say ‘no’, or to say ‘no’ if you always say ‘yes’. You’ll be challenged to find new ways to make decisions. Your values will be called up again and again, and you will live more and more in line with them every day.
I promise to bring integrity, attention, curiosity, and care. I commit to your growth, and I commit to challenging you and cheerleading you.
You commit to engaging in this process with your whole life.
You can dabble in the types of things we might explore together by heading over to the Free Stuff.
You can find out what my clients say about working with me.
You can read what I’ve been thinking about and writing about on the blog.
Like what you’re reading? There’s more where that came from!
