Need help designing a group event, workshop, or meeting? Walk through your plan with a professional facilitator and let me help you as a thought partner and design partner. I’m comfortable with techniques as varied as World Cafe, Dotmocracy, Open Space, and more traditional workshop and presentation styles. I’ve run workshops on peer education, learning styles, and introductory facilitation techniques, have written a facilitation guide, and have helped numerous facilitators and leadership teams design group processes. I can help you prepare a better event.

What you get: a meeting with an experienced facilitator to take advantage of my expertise, get advice, and discuss specific ways to make your session better.

Coaching on Delivery

Looking for specific feedback on areas you can improve in your facilitation and group leadership style? Want to get a better understanding of your strengths? Want to understand the impact your style is having on the group? Have me sit in on your session and provide you with comments on what’s working, what isn’t, the quick tips that will make for drastic improvements, and areas to consider developing in the long term.

What you get: observation of your session followed by a one hour meeting to discuss your strengths and strategize around areas for improvement.

Public Speaking Coaching

How you use your voice, how you use gestures, how you tell a story, how you use silences, those uncomfortable habits you don’t even know you have when you’re in front of a group . . .  I will attend your speaking event as an independent observer, and then provide you with thorough feedback on all of the above areas and more. I will give you specific feedback to help you identify how to improve your public speaking style.

What you get: observation of your speaking event followed by a one hour meeting to discuss your strengths and strategize around areas for improvement.
